Shipping and Delivery


🇬🇧 UK Orders

  • Postage: Free with Royal Mail.

  • Processing Time: All items are handmade to order by me. Please allow 10–15 days for dispatch.

  • Busy Periods: Larger orders or seasonal times (such as Christmas) may take a little longer to complete.


🌍 International Orders

  • Postage: Sent via standard Airmail.

  • Tracking: By default, parcels do not include tracking. If you’d like tracked delivery, you can upgrade at checkout for an additional cost.

  • Delivery Times: Once dispatched, international delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, but delays can occur, especially during peak seasons.

  • European Orders: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship directly to EU countries.

  • Handmade with Care: Every order is made by me, to order. Please allow 10–15 days before dispatch, and a little longer for larger or seasonal orders.

  • Currency: Prices are listed in GBP (ÂŁ). Your bank may apply currency conversion rates if you’re ordering from outside the UK. For guidance, you can check approximate rates at xe.com/ucc

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you may either request a refund (less postage costs) or pay for postage again for re-delivery.

  • Customs Charges: All customs duties, tariffs, and import fees are covered by us before your order ships. You will not receive additional bills or surprise charges upon delivery.
