Shipping and Delivery

Postage: Free with Royal Mail.
Processing Time: All items are handmade to order by me. Please allow 10–15 days for dispatch.
Busy Periods: Larger orders or seasonal times (such as Christmas) may take a little longer to complete.

Postage: Sent via standard Airmail.
Tracking: By default, parcels do not include tracking. If you’d like tracked delivery, you can upgrade at checkout for an additional cost.
Delivery Times: Once dispatched, international delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, but delays can occur, especially during peak seasons.
European Orders: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship directly to EU countries.

Handmade with Care: Every order is made by me, to order. Please allow 10–15 days before dispatch, and a little longer for larger or seasonal orders.
Currency: Prices are listed in GBP (£). Your bank may apply currency conversion rates if you’re ordering from outside the UK. For guidance, you can check approximate rates at xe.com/ucc
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you may either request a refund (less postage costs) or pay for postage again for re-delivery.
Customs Charges: All customs duties, tariffs, and import fees are covered by us before your order ships. You will not receive additional bills or surprise charges upon delivery.
